With a refreshing sense of elation and celebration, the leadership and membership of the Association of Obio/Akpor Youths (AOY) heartily rejoice with and congratulate one of the most seasoned political juggernauts and legal luminaries amongst us, Joshua Obinna Samuel Esq., on his reappointment as the Chief Press Secretary of Omuma Local Government Area.
